What documents are required to rent a motorcycle?
To rent a motorcycle with us, you'll need: a valid driver's license (category A or A2), an ID card or passport, and a security deposit (credit card or cash). For international clients, an international driver's license may be required.
What is the minimum age to rent a motorcycle?
The minimum age required is 21 years old with at least 2 years of riding experience. For certain sport bikes or high-displacement motorcycles, the minimum age may be 25.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, basic insurance is included in all our rental rates. It covers third-party liability and damage to others. We also offer additional insurance options for maximum protection (comprehensive coverage, theft, 24/7 roadside assistance).
Can I rent a motorcycle for multiple days?
Absolutely! We offer progressive discounts for multi-day rentals — the longer you rent, the lower the daily rate. We have weekend, weekly, and monthly packages. Contact us for a personalized quote.
What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?
In case of a breakdown or accident, contact us immediately. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. For mechanical failures (not caused by misuse), we'll come pick up the motorcycle or provide you with a replacement. In case of an accident, we handle all the paperwork with the insurance company.
Are helmets and gear provided?
Yes! Every rental includes 2 quality full-face helmets (various sizes available). We also provide gloves and hygienic helmet liners. For extra comfort, you can rent additional gear: riding jacket, motorcycle pants, back protector, top case.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental date. For last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours), fees may apply. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp for any changes.
